Osawa Typhoon carbide drills range broadens with the introduction of a new 8xD drill for general machining on ISO P, ISO M, and ISO K materials.

Osawa’s 358HGA 8xD drills with two margins, cylindrical shank and internal coolant holes are made of sub-micron cemented carbide and feature the new AlTiN-nano PV 400 coating for better wear resistance and reduced cost per hole.

The range also comprises the 373 and 375GA-HGA types with internal and external coolant, in the versions 3xD and 5xD respectively with Weldon shank.
