Sorma presents the new Osawa HF535T endmill. It is the tool specifically designed for trochoidal milling and it further broadens the range of high-performances, general applications HF EVOlution series, which has been designed with materials, rakes and coatings that guarantee high performances on ISO P, ISO M, ISO K, and ISO S materials.

Variable helix, unequal pitch and different core diameter allow minimizing vibrations in the case of high feed machining. Radial geometry with a small radius limits chipping and extends tool life. The chipbreaker has been designed for promoting excellent chip evacuation.
The new HF535T are available within the range D10 – D20 (cutting length 3.5xD).
